General Affairs Manager

Design plan, budget and implement administration duties
- Build, maintain and improve continuously procedure in Administration Department
- Operate and manage duties related to Administration such as:
- Manage asset
- Manage, purchase, maintain equipment
- Set up office, office landscape
- Support clerical duties, advanced request, payment request between staff and Finance Department
- Manage receptionist, housekeeper, staff in Administration Department
- Support logistics for events, programs organized in Company
- Have knowledge and skill in customer care service
- Build up, train and manage team members
**Requirements**:
- Graduated university majoring in Economics, Administration Management, Human Resources Management or equal
- 5 years (+) experience and 2 years (+) experience in the managing positions.
- Beneficial to have experience in General Affairs Manager or related role in IT company
- Excellent negotiation skill to have the best price and best quality in purchasing.
- Successfully organize internal events for company
- Has the ability to be creative, always looking for ways to innovate, increase efficiency and reduce the working hours of both Back Office staff and Business Units
- Has the ability to build good relationships with Back Office Units and Business Units to implement changes aimed at increasing efficiency and the quality of Back Admin services.
- Has the ability to organize, plan, and anticipate difficulties when making changes; knows how to coach subordinates to grow employees and increase their efficiency
- Has the ability to grasp the need for change/innovation of the Company/Leadership to plan and implement changes.
- Good at English
