This Regulatory Affairs Manager position will report to Head of RA and is responsible for providing regulatory guidance in the area of product/ label registration and product promotion/advertising to navigate safely through regulatory hurdles with maximum interest for business while in compliance to local laws, regulation, and guidelines.

**Responsibilities**:

- Formulate and execute regulatory strategies related to product/label registration, New Product Development and product promotion/advertising in export market
- Participate in analysing regulatory issues and communicate effectively with key stakeholders, including central colleagues. Provide support for development of strategies and plans to mitigate, so that we can deliver products backed by science that are robust and aligned with business needs.
- Train relevant stakeholders in Supply Point and Commercial Division of export market to enable fast product launches and execution of marketing and sales activities that are in compliance with export market food laws/regulations, ethical marketing practices and advertisement
- Be the company representative in all contact with government agencies on product /label registration/ promotion/ advertising matters related in export market
- Proactively identify potential regulatory risks and evaluate/manage impact of regulatory changes within defined scope of responsibility on the business.
- Ensure maintaining high level of knowledge on the science of products within defined portfolio.

**Experience requirements**:

- University Degree in Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical
- Previous relevant experience in Regulatory Affairs department of pharmaceutical company or similar on medicinal products, cosmetic products or health supplement.
- At least 7 - 10 years of relevant experience
