**Mô Tả Công Việc**:

- _Installation and setup desktops/laptops for user at POS/Back Office_
- Cài đặt và cấu hình desktops/laptops cho khách hàng tại POS/Văn phòng
- _Maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles_
- Duy trì chất lượng dịch vụ khách hàng ở mức cao đối với tất cả các yêu cầu hỗ trợ, đảm bảo giữ vững những nguyên tắc quản lý dịch vụ
- _Take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues_
- Chủ động kiểm tra và xử lý những lỗi khách hàng gặp phải
- _Log all calls on the service desk system and maintain full documentation_
- Ghi nhận tất cả các cuộc gọi trên hệ thống service desk
- _Respond to enquiries from clients and help them resolved any hardware or software problems_
- Trả lời các câu hỏi từ khách hàng và giúp họ giải quyết các vấn đề liên quan đến phần cứng hoặc phần mềm
- _Maintain a log of any software or hardware problems detected_
- Ghi nhận lại các sự cố phần cứng hoặc phần mềm được phát hiện
- _Support users in the use of Computer equipment by providing necessary training and advice_
- Đào tạo và tư vấn cho khách hàng sử dụng thiết bị CNTT
- _Allocate more complex service issues to the relevant IT Support member_
- Chuyển các sự cố phức tạo đến nhân viện hỗ trợ CNTT có liên quan
- _Arrange for external technical support where problems cannot be resolved in house_
- Hỗ trợ các kỹ thuật bên ngoài khi không thể giải quyết nội bộ
- _Inventory IT asset, control and keeping record of parts in database, keep tracking of handover confirmation_
- Kiểm kê tài sản CNTT, kiểm soát & lưu trữ hồ sơ trong cơ sở dữ liệu, lưu trữ biên bản bàn giao
- _Adherence to relevant corporate IT policies_
- Tuân thủ các chính sách CNTT
- _Undertake other tasks assigned by IT Helpdesk Team Leader_
- Thực hiện các công việc khác được giao bởi Trưởng nhóm

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:

- _University/College degree or equivalent, preferably in IT or Technical areas_
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học/Cao đẳng hoặc tương đương. Ưu tiên trong lĩnh vực CNTT hoặc Kỹ Thuật
- _At least 1 - 2 year customer service experience in IT industry_
- Ít nhất 1 đến 2 năm kinh nghiệm trong ngành CNTT
- _Troubleshoot and resolve problems skills_
- Kỹ năng khắc phục và giải quyết vấn đề
- _Customer focus skill_
- Kỹ năng lắng nghe khách hàng
- _Capable to work in a team as well as individual_
- Khả năng làm việc nhóm cũng như cá nhân
- _Good ability to self-train on new technologies_
- Khả năng tự học về công nghệ mới
- _Basic reading, writing in English_
- Tiếng Anh đọc, viết cơ bản
