Mô tả công việc
Supervise food preparation according to restaurant standards & guidelines
Ensure respect of all relevant rules/regulations and all food safety guidelines & processes
Manage kitchen supplies and production; maintain inventories
Ensure supply from trusted and consistent suppliers, control quality of products received
Look for ways to reduce spoilage of infrequently used items
Check regularly that the equipment and work areas are kept spotless

**SALARY**: Depends on experience.

- Guarantee the working quality
- Ability to manage staff in line kitchen departments
- Food preparation abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
- Ability to create new menu items is a plus
- Good attitude, hard-working and honest
- Good health condition
- Have at least 1 year experience working in the same position or at least 3 years experience working in Cook position.
- Good in English communication is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in the culinary arts is a plus
