**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: Thỏa thuận)
- Thực hiện quy trình tiếp nhận và xử lý các yêu cầu, khiếu nại của khách hàng.
- Hỗ trợ khách hàng có được nội dung mình cần một cách nhanh chóng và chính xác nhất (thông tin về giá cả, cách sử dụng, chế độ bảo hành...).
- Trao đổi với các team liên quan để hỗ trợ giải quyết các vấn đề của khách hàng một cách nhanh chóng và phù hợp nhất.
- Cập nhật thông tin khách hàng thường xuyên để chủ động liên hệ với khách hàng nhân các dịp đặc biệt (khai trương, sinh nhật, sự kiện,...) và gửi lời chúc/ quà tặng/ ưu đãi cho họ.
- Thực hiện khảo sát khách hàng và kiểm tra định kỳ về chất lượng sản phẩm và dịch vụ, ghi nhận phản hồi giúp cải thiện sản phẩm, dịch vụ.
- Theo dõi hoạt động kinh doanh và sử dụng phần mềm của khách hàng để kịp thời hỗ trợ, chăm sóc khách hàng, đảm bảo khách hàng gắn bó lâu dài với LOOP.
- Đề xuất các kế hoạch chăm sóc khách hàng và tối ưu trải nghiệm của khách hàng.
- Những công việc khác theo yêu cầu của cấp quản lý.

- Thời gian làm việc: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM (nghỉ trưa 1.5 giờ) từ Thứ 2 đến Thứ 6 (Thứ 7 làm việc cách tuần).

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Đại Học

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Có tối thiểu 06 tháng kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương hoặc đã từng tiếp xúc nhiều với khách hàng F&B.
- Trình độ học vấn/chuyên môn: Cao đẳng/Đại học.
- Nhanh nhẹn, có kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt, có khả năng làm việc độc lập và nhóm.
- Khả năng quản lý, đàm phán, thuyết phục, tư vấn dịch vụ cho khách hàng.
- Có kinh nghiệm ở các vị trí Sales, Chăm sóc khách hàng, Tư vấn dịch vụ,là điểm cộng lớn.
- Có khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh với khách hàng là một lợi thế.
