a. Manage generally administrative work of Customer Service (CS) team:

- Reviewing all maintenance/activities plan and taking responsible to be on behalf of building management to send all the notices to tenants where required;
- Managing the filing record of the CS team;
- Reviewing daily report of the CS team and making weekly report to PM; making any report as required;
- Building - up yearly plan for CS team and keeping updated the progress to PM;
- Proposing to adjust the regulations or build up necessary procedures in order to protect the facilities and to run the operation smoothly;
b. Manage all daily issue related to customer service of building:

- Regular managing and reviewing of customer issue resolutions to ensure timely handling, to drive improved customer satisfaction and reduce escalated complaints due to poor service;
- Taking responsible for handling all the issues in CS team and all the issues of tenants;
- Acting as a point contact between operation department and other departments (technical/marketing/leasing....) to handle all the issues happening with tenants in a timely manner;
- Attending the weekly operation meeting to share the on-going issues and proposing the solution to PM and BOD for final decision;
- Managing and following with CS team about the defects in the building and working with related department to fix/repair;
- Cooperating with Duty team to supervise the vendors (cleaning/security/ pest control/ );
- Assisting PM in strategic development and general management of building operating;
- Taking responsible for any further necessary tasks for the smooth operations and customer service of the building assigned by PM/BOD;
c. Manage internal CS team:

- Arranging daily shift for CS staff;
- Ensuring the CS Team are healthy and safety trained as required;
- Appraising CS staff and supporting them to achieve their goals;
- Continuously improving and innovating customer service solutions with CS team to keep up with ever evolving trends in customer behavior and needs;

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Cao Đẳng

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- University/College degree of English/ Business management/ Hospitality/ Tourism, ;
- At least 3-year experience working at same field;
- Excellent communication in both Vietnamese and English;
- Proactive, customer service oriented, interpersonal, considerate, cooperative, well organized, leadership;
- Be a problem solver and a team player as well as be able to work independently;
