**The Role**

Reporting to the Regional Head of Live Commerce, the Live Commerce Manager drives client success through disseminating consistent ways of working and best practices across Southeast Asia and will be crucial in developing Intrepid’s Live Commerce business. The Live Commerce Sr. Manager acts as the primary liaison between the live commerce and the commercial and marketing teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Strategic Optimization**:

- Assist the Regional Head of Live Commerce in refining Intrepid’s approach to forecasting and optimizing live commerce KPIs.
- Develop automated dashboard templates to track performance metrics for livestreams, videos, affiliates, and audiences.
- **Training and Best Practices**:

- Disseminate best practices and efficient working methods across regions through training sessions, workshops, and regular updates, posting learning material on Intrepid’s knowledge base
- Ensure consistency in operations by maintaining up-to-date guidelines.
- **Performance Analysis**:

- Consolidate local reports, analyze performance metrics, and optimize strategies to improve revenue and operational efficiency.
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all reporting activities.
- Benchmark performance across categories and markets
- Develop templated weekly / monthly / quarterly reporting template to distribute to clients
- **Commercial & marketing strategy support**:

- Assist Key Account Managers (KAMs) and livestream teams in devising and implementing commercial strategies.
- Liaise with local performance marketing teams and include ads performance in forecast and optimization initiatives
- Monitor account performance and intervene in case of client escalations.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including the platform, partner clients, and the local teams.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in live commerce, integrating new tools and methodologies to improve performance and user engagement.

**Who we look for - the ideal profile**
- 5-8 years work experience preferably in live commerce, with strong knowledge of live commerce and MCN ecosystem in China - Mandarin language is preferred
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
- High proficiency in Excel and a good command of statistics.
- Thorough understanding of e-commerce platforms and seller centres.
- Proven experience in driving commercial strategies on e-commerce platforms.
- Experience in live commerce is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively with regional and local teams to achieve business goals.
