[chubb Life] Manager, Partnership Distribution

Job Requirements
- Develop operating procedures of the Department.
- Deploying and developing a training information management system to improve operational management efficiency.
- Collaborate with relevant teams (business performance ) to track and manage the whole training performance and escalate to the PTD management team when the performance is behind the target.
- Manage the budget of the Training department.
- Manage all training data of the Training department.
- Participate in planning projects of the training department. Play the role of a manager or a participant in the projects assigned by the Manager.
- Build training road map for PD sale channel
- Coordinate with Design, Development team in giving feedback and improving current material in line with business need and interest of target audience
- Take in charge of TTT and certify new trainers and associate trainer
- Coordinate with Partnership Distribution Sales Force team to support sales activities
- Monitor and ensure the quality of training delivery including pass ratio, active ratio, participation rate, compliance
- Maintain and improve the quality of internal and external relationships to gain the best working results
- Other tasks/projects assigned by Management levels.

Work Experience

**Qualification**:
**Mandatory**: University Graduate

**Advantage**: Major in Education, Law, Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, Insurance.

**Experiences**:
**Mandatory**: At least 6-7 years experience in sales management, human resources or training management. At least 5 years in a managerial position.

**Knowledge and skill**:
**Mandatory**:

- Excellent knowledge on Life Insurance, Training Activities, Sales.
- Excellent in design and deploy and tracking operation manual (SOP).
- Excellent management, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Excellent in reporting, analytical thinking and problem solving.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill.
- Good computer skill (Excel, Word and Power point).
- Excellent managing people and planning skills.

**Advantage**: Familiar with Excel, Word, and Power Point, Access.
