Ogilvy is looking for an **Experience Strategist**, who is a logical and analytical thinker, and should be able to provide insights on digital channel effectiveness across paid, owned, and earned touched points in terms of driving traffic and user behaviour to recommend winning strategies for clients.

**Responsibilities**

**Client Management**
- Working closely with clients to understand their issues, you'll create strategies for change, and win buy-in for your recommendations.

**Strategy**
- Answer strategic digital, technology, and digital transformation questions.
- Help clients to solve their most pressing challenges, and think about how digital and technology will change the shape of their business.
- Independently conduct deep-dive analysis on digital touch points to address client's specific business questions or customer engagement questions
- Write analysis report to evaluate site performance and campaign effectiveness

***Creative Leadership**
- Inspire creative thinking through customer insights dig-out

***Leadership & People Management**
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams such as tech team, account team and brand planners to understand business needs, the role of digital touchpoints, the role of our owned platforms, data needs, and what needs to be tracked, measured, and analyzed.
- Has the ownership to facilitate the implementation of campaigns or projects and can develop working relationships to ensure the smooth implementation of campaigns or projects.
- Keep a proactive and energetic working attitude, and always be positive.
- Responsible for managing and upskilling Associate Strategists or Strategy Intern/Trainee.

**Qualifications**
- 3-4 years of experience working:

- with an agency (focused on technology/digital initiatives);
- in a corporate role focused on technology/digital initiatives
- An outstanding academic track record; a bachelor's degree and/or Advanced graduate degree; or equivalent work experience;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A broad skillset and passion for digital & technology is important.
- Demonstrated analytical skills
- Experience in cooperating with different partners, including the tech team, is a
- A fast learner and open-minded to adopt and learn new things.
