Daily activities include:

- Answer phone for practice in welcoming and professional manner
- Assist Practice Proposal Writer with Proposal writing and submissions
- Coordinate Marketing of projects; write design stories, coordinate photography, conduct interviews with end-users, and contact publications
- Assist with posts to social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram); track progress, manage Facebook advertising campaign, content creation and image editing (Photoshop)
- Manage website updates (Squarespace or equivalent knowledge is useful but not essential)
- Manage submissions for industry awards
- Manage internal marketing, branding and communications with team
- Prepare presentations for industry awards and seminars (InDesign)
- Review and update marketing documents (InDesign)
- Ensure implementation of branding across communication collateral
- Assisting other administration tasks as may be required by the Practice Manager
- Assist with updating QA templates, processes and procedure documents, as requested
- Arrange staff events and meetings

You will ideally have:

- Great verbal and written Communication skills
- A passion for marketing
- Adobe Suite expertise; InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat
- Microsoft Office Suite expertise; Excel
- PR experience
- Graphic skills beneficial
- Ability to work efficiently, prioritise and manage deadlines

Ideally you will have experience in a similar role, coupled with strong interpersonal skills and an excellent eye for detail.
