You will be the very first person who is dedicatedly in charge of Community Engagement in ITviec. We are looking forward to working with the person who can enjoy this responsibility_

**Community engagement and support (30%)**
- Confidently and independently build the roadmap, which includes activities, budget, and execution plan, to engage with the ITviec communities, both internally and externally.
- Have customer service skills and mindset to build and maintain productive partnerships with ITviec’s employers, jobseekers, IT communities and the press.
- Respond to customers, partners in a timely manner.
- Liaise with Sales team, Operation team and Product team.

**Organizing exciting activities and events (50%)**
- Plan, organize and manage purposeful events (offline & webinars) for ITviec employers, users, collaboration with other communities with support from internal and external resources.
- Take care and follow up with partners, employers, industry professionals, experts and the press in events.
- Document, report and evaluate events.

**Content distribution (10%)**
- Coordinate with Content Marketers, Designers, Freelancers, Production House to produce engaging blog posts, social posts, image and video content about community activities and programs.
- Be able to navigate legal issues, working with the Operation team to produce professional messages and PR execution to engage with all kinds of press about community activities and programs.

**Research and report (10%)**
- Participate in research projects and in-depth interviews to understand and keep updated with the communities, to come up with meaningful and practical content, activities.
- Make monthly reports for community engagement growth metrics.
- Use social listening tools, templates to improve the performance of communities.
- Direct report to Marketing Lead.
- Age: above 28
- Having at least 4 year working experience on Community/Brand/Event.
- Location: in Hanoi or have the capability to travel and stay in Hanoi for sometime
- Nationality: Hanoian, Northern Vietnamese or Northern rooted Vietnamese
- Proven work experience as a community coordinator/specialist or similar role
- Proven ability to organize and manage community building events
- BSc degree in Communication, Journalism, IT engineering, Human Resource, Marketing or relevant field
- Experience planning and leading community initiatives
- Knowledgeable about business and across business industries, macro and micro economy
- Ability to identify and track relevant community KPI
- Excellent proficiency in English and Vietnamese, all 4 communication skills
- Hands on experience with social media management
- Ability to interpret website traffic
- Knowledge of online marketing
- Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver
