The Job

ob Overview:
This includes engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, presenting tailored solutions, and supporting the sales team in closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical ITSM Consultant Support:

- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide tailored ITSM solutions.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
- Develop and present proof-of-concept (PoC) and pilot projects to demonstrate the value of ITSM solutions.
- Lead the implementation of ITSM solutions for clients, ensuring successful deployment and seamless integration.

2. Customer Engagement:

- Engage with customers to gather technical requirements and understand their business processes.
- Act as a technical advisor and provide guidance on ITSM best practices and solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing any concerns, and providing ongoing technical support throughout the sales process.

3. Solution Design:

- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to create customized ITSM solutions that meet customer needs.
- Design and document solution architectures, workflows, and integration strategies for ITSM implementations.

4. Communication and Presentation:

- Prepare and present technical documentation, proposals, and slide decks in English.
- Conduct workshops, webinars, and training sessions for customers, showcasing ITSM solutions and capabilities.

5. Sales Support:

- Assist the sales team in responding to RFPs and RFIs, providing detailed technical input and solutions.
- Support the creation of sales materials, including case studies, whitepapers, and solution briefs.

Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of direct experience in ITSM consulting, pre-sales, ITSM implementation.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM tools (e.g., Freshdesk, ManageEngine, GLPI, CMDBuild Ready2Use, etc.).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering impactful presentations and demonstrations to customers in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as required.
