Summary of Position, Responsibility and Authority
Provide IT technical management for The Ocean Resort (TOR) office infrastructure and support to rental pool villas when needed.

**Responsibilities**:
2. Managing switches, printers, firewall (Linux)
3. Monitor backups and server issues.
4. Design/Edit Crystal report for making reports on SMILE PMS.
6. Ensure that all IT changes are managed so that they minimise downtime and risk of any inconvenience.
7. Recommend and implement hardware and software improvements for greater efficiency
8. Provided training / support tousers
9. Research new technology and apply.
10. Manage IT fix assets including software licenses.
11. Able to read and prepare the IT budgets/PO/PR

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
Minimum Attributes
1. At least 2 years experience in a Networking and/or System administrator.
2. Experience in Hospitality and SMILE PMS is prefered
3. Experience in SQL Server: maintenance, backup,
4. Experience with Windows Server, Domain Controller, Group Policies
5. Experience with Mdaemon/Exchange mail server.
6. Experience in Microsoft Office, PC, Router, Switch, Firewall installation / configuration / management
7. Experience in xDSL, Wifi technology
