MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process (e.g., proposals, contracts).
Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally.
Support Sales & Marketing Manager in creating campaigns, marketing materials (e.g., brochures, promotional materials).
Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information (e.g., commissions, leads, third parties) in software involved in the sales process.
Answer guest questions about property facilities/services (e.g., hours of operation, rates and room types, packages, promotions, entertainment, restaurants, special events).
Co-ordinate all familiarizations and site inspections as required
Take part in high quality customer journey of the hotel.
Maintain a directory and inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed.
Take dictation of correspondence as required.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the management

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Sales & Marketing, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
1 - 2 year related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
Problem solving and organizational abilities.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
Good writing skills in English & Vietnamese
