**What is your profile?**
- You:
- Proficiency in any of the programming language like **Java, Python, Node,** etc
- A solid understanding of **Kafka's core concepts**, including topics, partitions, producers, consumers, offsets, and replication.
- Proficiency in using **Kafka's APIs (Producer API, Consumer API, Admin API) and client libraries (Kafka Streams, Kafka Connect)**:

- Experience in managing Kafka clusters, including configuration, performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Kafka's security features like SSL/TLS, SASL/SCRAM, and ACLs.
- Experience with Kafka Connect for integrating Kafka with other systems and data sources.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
- The ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
- Strong analytical skills to analyze data and identify patterns.
- Kafka certifications as an added advantage

**Responsibilities**:
**What is your role?**
- You will be part of a journey where **you will have two impacts: a client impact and an internal impact**. For the internal impact, based on your skills and time, you will be joining our internal **communit**y** at CBTW**, to share knowledge and best practices. **For the client impact**, tasks can vary depending on the client and the project, but as a Kafka Developer, you will mainly:
- Collaborate with administrators to manage Kafka infrastructure.
- Develop data streaming solutions for real-time processing.
- Setup and configure new Confluent Kafka platforms.
- Upgrade and maintain existing Kafka platforms.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Kafka performance.
