Ocean Import Coordinator

**I. Roles and Responsibilities**
- Handle Ocean freight and inland transport orders with basic knowledge on all fields both export/import activities.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions, enabling customers to enjoy the full benefits of our comprehensive range of products and services
- Perform and resolve customer dispute or complaint cases with care and in compliance with all internal and regulatory company's requirements and customer's standard operating procedure.
- Handle customer enquiries, quotations and overseas agent correspondence and offering the best of class solutions.
- Handling Export/Import documentations.
- Provide comprehensive and professional services to customers, working to acquire, retain and develop relationships.
- Be responsible for the daily work within the team, sales support, ensure the timely and proactive communication with customers and other related parties.
- Ensure the daily excellent service provided and the KPI met, Upsell and cross sell base on relationship with current customer and own relationship
- Other works arranged by direct supervisor or manager.

**II. Education and Experience requirements**
- Good command of written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Diploma holder or above Business Administration or related disciplines
- Knowledge & good experience in handling Air
- Ocean freight shipments, customs and inland transport is an advantage.
- Be a good team player and able to work under pressure.
- 1-3 years of customer services / operation experience in freight forwarding industry.
- Responsible, pro-active and attention to details.
- Bachelor Degree or above

**III. Job Skills, Personality and Competencies for this position**
- Reliable, well organized, honest, team-player
- Excellent communication skill in both Vietnamese and English, responsible, active.
- Good PC skills in MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel

**Salary**: From 10,000,000₫ per month
