- Giải thích sứ mệnh, tầm nhìn của trường và trình bày chi tiết chương trình học và các hoạt động của trường, học phí và các quy định liên quan về học phí. Hướng dẫn phụ huynh tham quan trường./ Explain the mission and vision of the school and detail of the curriculum and extracurricular activities, tuition fees and related regulations on tuition fees. Guide Parents to visit the school.
- Tư vấn, thuyết phục và tiếp nhận ghi danh học sinh mới. Tư vấn tuyển sinh ngoại khóa./ Consult, peruse, and admission of new students. Consult to enroll extra curriculum activities.
- Tiếp nhận thủ tục nhập học của học sinh mới, đảm bảo danh sách học sinh được cập nhật đầy đủ cùng hồ sơ học sinh để bàn giao cho BGH đúng hạn./ Receive admission procedures of new students and ensure the list of students is fully updated with students’ documents to handover to the School Board on time.
- Thực hiện quy trình xét tuyển đầu vào cùng BGH Nhà trường đảm bảo độ chính xác trong quá trình triển khai. Bắt kịp tiến độ tuyển sinh theo yêu cầu./ Carry out the entrance examination process with the School Board to ensure accuracy in the implementation process. Catch up on enrolment progress as required.
- Chịu trách nhiệm tuyển sinh học sinh mới bằng cách chuyển đổi các phụ huynh tiềm năng thành đăng ký nhập học theo chỉ tiêu được giao./ Be responsible for meeting the student recruitment targets by effectively converting prospective parents’ enquiries into enrolments;
- Tham gia hiệu quả vào việc đưa ra ý kiến nhằm thúc đẩy cơ hội tuyển sinh và ghi danh cho học sinh./ To effectively participate in initiatives to drive student recruitment and enrolment opportunities.
- Duy trì hồ sơ riêng để báo cáo hiệu quả với Trưởng bộ phận Tuyển sinh cho mỗi hồ sơ trong kho lưu trữ tài liệu về tất cả hồ sơ liên quan của Học sinh và ghi lại các bước theo dõi tiếp theo./ Maintain your own records to report effectively with the Admissions Manager for each record in a document repository of all relevant Student records and record timely follow-up actions
- Đảm bảo cập nhật kiến thức về sản phẩm, bằng cách liên tục tìm hiểu thông tin về trường./ Ensure up to date product knowledge, by continually reviewing and seeking out information of the school.
- Nhập thông tin khách hàng, scan hồ sơ học sinh lên hệ thống phần mềm của Nhà trường (Open Apply,...)/ Enter customer information, scan student records to the School's software system (Open Apply,).
- Thực hiện khảo sát học phí các trường báo cáo cho trưởng bộ phận tuyển sinh, bộ phận kế toán./ Conduct tuition surveys of schools and report to the Admissions Manager and Accounting department
- Thực hiện cập nhật các báo cáo liên quan của bộ phận tuyển sinh theo tuần/ tháng/ quý./ Update relevant reports of the Admissions department weekly/ monthly/ quarterly.
- Trực fanpage FB, điện thoại, hotline/ zalo tuyển sinh để trả lời/ cập nhật Phụ huynh kịp thời và đầy đủ thông tin./ Admin fanpage FB, telephone, hotline/ admissions zalo to respond/ update to parents promptly with fully information
- Kết hợp với bộ phận Marketing để nhận thông tin và hỗ trợ thực hiện về các chương trình quảng cáo, sự kiện./ Co-ordinate with Marketing department to receive information and assist to implement advertising program, events, campaigns
- Hỗ trợ bộ phận Tesla Care chăm sóc Học sinh, giải đáp Phụ huynh hiện hữu khi cần thiết./ Support the Tesla Care department to take care of students and answer questions for parents when necessary
- Hỗ trợ khi Học sinh khi đến trường/ ra về./ Support when students arrive/ leave school
- Tổng hợp data khách hàng từ cộng tác viên./ Aggregate customer data from collaborator
- Thực hiện các công việc liên quan khác được Trưởng bộ phận Tuyển sinh/ Ban Giám Đốc giao nhằm đảm bảo kết quả tốt cho bộ phận./ Other related tasks assigned by the Admissions Manager/ BOG to obtain the best results for the department.
