Title**:In Country Support**

Business Unit**:Raw Materials & Supply Chain**

Overall Role Purpose: To support the Operations Lead with client to factory communications, and support the Legal & Compliance and Supplier & Market Development teams with research and factory inspections.

**Responsibilities**:
**Production Factories**
- Conduct in-Factory Inspections of manufactured products against
- Manufacturing Specifications.
- Conducting and Supervising on-going process and quality audits
- alongside International and local auditors.
- Conducting and Supervising Product Quality Inspections.
- Conducting and Supervising Product Loading Inspections
- Signing off and releasing products in conjunction with Client.

**Customer and Stakeholder**
- Manage dashboard for clients, production jobs and logistics.
- Attended regular meetings with client and factory, taking meeting notes and action points.
- Assist with interpretation as needed.
- Take Meeting notes and Action points
- Facilitate quality issues and non-conformance with Factories on behalf of Clients.
- Signing off and releasing products in conjunction with Client.

**Process**:

- Admin, Data entry and Analyst tasks as needed.
- Travel Bookings
- Time and cost on-charging
- Subject matter research.
- Document Filings & File structure management - Microsoft 365, SharePoint, OneDrive.

**Environment, Health & Safety**:

- Comply with the company policy and procedures.
- Assess the risk of work activities of Commercial Partnerships taking corrective and preventative actions as necessary.
- Participate in the company training programs and take personal responsibility for ensuring a safe work environment.
- Actively support the organisation’s efforts to meet or exceed the company goals and plans

**Skills and Experience**:

- Engineering background, preferably mechanical engineering.
- Subject matter research, data entry and analyst skills
- Experience working in a customer facing role and a strong customer service ethos and commitment to quality.
- Confidence to engage directly with customers and resolve complex customer service issues.
- Initiative to propose organisational changes to CSMs in order to improve the customers’ experience.
- Good administrative, time management and coordination skills using technology and software such as Office 365 products, Zoom/Teams, Smartsheet and Asana
- Ability to work well under pressure, manage competing deadlines and communicate on multiple customer engagements concurrently
- Strong attention to detail and proven ability to handle confidential information sensitively

Pay: 60,000,000₫ - 115,000,000₫ per month
