**Job summary**:
Our client is one of the leading companies of plating chemicals manufacturing

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparing for the plans of domestic sales, for both medium and short-term to align with company’s business strategies.
- Preparing for customer’s visit control plan for both domestic sales and technical services.
- Solving and responding customers’ complaints related to domestic sales and services.
- Attending to customers’ requirements or preferences to develop new customers, maintaining and increasing sales amount of existing customers and customer’s satisfaction.
- Contacting and coordinating various activities involving sales and delivery of manufactured products, services, commodities and equipment.
- Making customer’s visit control plans.
- Sharing information with marketing team about customers’ requirements of new products to fulfill product categories.
- Cooperating with technical service to support customers’ inquiries. Responding customers’ requirements and enquiries, preparing quotations to customers.

**Experience requirements**:

- At least 3-5 years of working experience in sales in plating chemicals; or chemicals for electronics and automotive.
- Good communication in Chinese
- Be able to communicate in English.

**Education requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or master’s degree in Chemical, Industrial Chemical or other related fields.
