Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and ethical conduct matters that have a substantial adverse impact on customers, salesforces, employees, the company and the market, promote the fair treatment and protection to customers.

**Responsibilities**:/ Phạm vi công việc
- Conduct review, monitoring, analyzing to identify trend, unusual activity related to violation, fraud, potential market conduct risk and shortcoming in control.

Thực hiện xem xét, giám sát, phân tích để xác định xu hướng, hoạt động bất thường liên quan đến vi phạm, gian lận, rủi ro thị trường tiềm ẩn và thiếu sót trong kiểm soát.
- Enhance and maintain an appropriate market conduct program across relevant first-line teams and MC Team.

Chuẩn hóa và cập nhật một chương trình chuẩn mực kinh doanh phù hợp giữa các phòng ban tuyến đầu và Bộ phận Chuẩn mực Kinh doanh.
- Develop preventive and detective control on violation, fraud and assess performance of control as and when required.

Phát triển các hệ thống kiểm soát để phòng ngừa và phát hiện các vi phạm, gian lận và đánh giá việc thực hiện các biện pháp kiểm soát khi được yêu cầu.
- Provide suggestion to strengthen internal controls and improve operating procedures for detecting and preventing violation, fraud and customer detriment.

Đưa ra các đề xuất nhằm tăng cường kiểm soát nội bộ và cải tiến quy trình vận hành nhằm phát hiện và ngăn ngừa vi phạm, gian lận và các hành vi có thể gây tổn hại cho khách hàng.
- Design, develop training course and engage with relevant stakeholder in delivering the course to enhance the awareness of compliance, management of customer interests, ethical and professional conduct.

Thiết kế, phát triển các khóa đào tạo và phối hợp với các bên liên quan trong việc triển khai các khóa học này nhằm nâng cao nhận thức về tuân thủ, quản lý lợi ích của khách hàng, ứng xử có đạo đức và chuyên nghiệp.
- Support to develop and maintain disciplinary policy and other required procedure / process for sales force.

Hỗ trợ xây dựng và cập nhật chính sách kỷ luật cùng với các thủ tục / quy trình liên quan đối với lực lượng kinh doanh.
- Advise to business function in reviewing policy, procedure, Memorandum,... with matter related to Market Conduct's scope of work.

Tư vấn cho các bên liên quan trong việc xem xét các chính sách, thủ tục, thông báo,... với các vấn đề liên quan đến phạm vi công việc của Bộ phận Chuẩn mực Kinh doanh.
- Prepare necessary dashboards.

Soạn thảo các báo cáo cần thiết.
- Other tasks to be assigned by the management.

**Job Requirements**/ Yêu cầu

**Experience**/ Kinh nghiệm

Mandatory / Bắt buộc
- At least 5 years experiences in compliance / legal / audit or relevant field

Ít nhất 5 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực Pháp chế / Pháp lý / Kiểm toán hoặc liên quan
