This position is supporting to implement Enterprise & Operational Risk management activities, which includes 2LOD's governance & internal control framework activities and enterprise-wide Governance, Risk Culture.

(Vị trí này để hỗ trợ thực hiện và triển khai các hoạt động rủi ro doanh nghiệp và vận hành, bao gồm: Các hoạt động quản trị/ kiểm tra kiểm soát của 2LOD theo khung quản trị rủi ro và các hoạt động phát triển văn hóa rủi ro).

**1. ERM Management scopes - 2LOD's governance & internal control framework activities**:
Thực hiện các hoạt động quản trị/ kiểm tra kiểm soát:

- **Perform and support frequent PVA risk management exercises and tasks as guidance, which includes: studying exercise's requirements; proposing implementation plan, preparing training/guidance materials; arranging required meetings; implementing risk-assessment models and methodologies to support assigned departments/units to conduct these exercises timely and appropriately; preparing required meeting minutes for PVA risk management meetings; tracking follow-up actions; support to coordinate relevant parties and prepare materials for any challenges from internal PVA and Group (if any).**

Thực hiện và hỗ trợ các bài tập và nhiệm vụ quản lý rủi ro PVA thường xuyên dưới dạng hướng dẫn, bao gồm: nghiên cứu các yêu cầu của bài tập; đề xuất kế hoạch thực hiện, chuẩn bị tài liệu đào tạo/hướng dẫn; sắp xếp các cuộc họp cần thiết; triển khai các mô hình, phương pháp đánh giá rủi ro nhằm hỗ trợ các bộ phận/đơn vị được phân công thực hiện các công việc này kịp thời và phù hợp; chuẩn bị biên bản cuộc họp cần thiết cho các cuộc họp quản lý rủi ro PVA; theo dõi các hoạt động tiếp theo; hỗ trợ phối hợp các bên liên quan và chuẩn bị tài liệu để giải đáp mọi thắc mắc từ nội bộ PVA và Tập đoàn (nếu có).
- **Conduct/ support reviews and assessments of the risk-taking activities of the first LoD, where appropriate challenges are made to the internal controls being taken to manage risks;**

Thực hiện rà soát và đánh giá các hoạt động có rủi ro của các phòng ban thuộc Tuyến phòng ngự thứ nhất, đưa ra các yêu cầu/khuyến nghị nhằm tăng cường các kiểm soát nội bộ để quản lý rủi ro;
- **Participate and perform operational deep dives, quick scanning tests as requested, which include verifying relevant documents, analyzing data/ information and drafting report to provide risk assessment on aspect of Enterprise/Operational Risk Management.**

Tham gia thực hiện các chương trình kiểm tra chuyên sâu về rủi ro hoạt động hoặc các nhiệm vụ kiểm tra nhanh theo yêu cầu, bao gồm kiểm tra các chứng từ, phân tích số liệu/ thông tin, chuẩn bị báo cáo nhằm cung cấp đánh giá trên khía cạnh quản trị rủi ro doanh nghiệp/rủi ro vận hành.
- **Conduct/**support** communication to facilitate the review progress and areas for improvements in PVA's key controls and monitoring activities.**

Chiu trách nhiệm đổi mới truyền thông để tạo điều kiện thuận lợi cho tiến trình rà soát và các lĩnh vực cần cải thiện trong các hoạt động giám sát và kiểm soát chính của PVA.
- **Timely submit all risk exercises deliverables to **line managers as required**

Nộp đúng hạn kết quả các bài tập quản trị rủi ro theo yêu cầu của cấp quản lý.
- **Compile and propose regular reports to Group and PVA management as assinged**

Tổng hợp và soạn thảo các báo cáo định kỳ cho vùng và Ban giám đốc PVA theo yêu cầu.
