This role is to help to manage the claims assessment team:

- Align with PVA's strategy: our customer is our compass
- Build and development the people to adapt with change management, and
- Risk management in assessment,

**Job Responsibilities / Phạm vi công việc**
- Regular review, analysis the decision on claim within authority with Productivity/Efficiency in targets of team members (Thường xuyên rà soát, phân tích các quyết định bồi thường thông qua việc xem xét, đánh giá, trong hạn mức cho phép với các chỉ tiêu về hiệu quả/năng suất làm việc trong mục tiêu làm việc hàng năm)
- Control the quality in work to meet the quality benchmark in claim decision based on monthly-score, error rate, and different decision percentage. (Kiểm soát chất lượng thẩm bồi thường phải đảm bảo theo tiêu chuẩn chất lượng, tỉ lệ sai sót ở mức tối thiểu (%) nhằm tăng lòng tin ở khách hàng và luôn tuân thủ tiêu chí chi trả đúng, đủ)
- Contribute to achieve functional KPI (TAT, pending ratio, error rate), strategic KPI with Claims head and others (Cùng với nhóm làm việc: đóng góp vào việc xây dựng và hoàn thành chỉ tiêu, thành quả của phòng)
- Sign-off person and mentor role: Countersign for claim assessor, trainee claim assessor within own authority and on

- job training new claim assesors and jet claim assessors. - Support to claim head to build Operating Manual, Internal guideline to build the assessment process is more efficiency and perfect. (Hỗ trợ trưởng nhóm điều tra bồi thường xây dựng Cẩm nang hoạt động, quy trình hướng dẫn hoạt động nội bộ nhằm xây dựng quy trình hoàn thiện, và hiệu quả)
- Support and work with claim colleagues (investigator leaders or claims service leaders) in some certain situation (advised medical knowledge, field assessment of disability, mentor for claims service to explain the decision to others...) (Hỗ trợ công việc của các trưởng nhóm điều tra và dịch vụ giải quyết yêu cầu bồi thường trong từng trường hợp nhất định (chia sẽ kiến thức y khoa, đánh giá thương tật tại nhà, hướng dẫn nghiệp vụ cho chuyên viên tiếp nhận yêu cầu bồi thường để giải thích quyết định claim đến các bộ phận liên quan, v.v)
- Co-operate: combine with other team of Claims to build up internal guideline, and claims guide, claim process (Phối hợp với các nhóm khác của phòng Claims đóng góp ý kiến xây dựng/thành lập và chình sửa Cẩm Nang Hoạt động của bộ phận, các hướng dẫn quy trình nội bộ ngày càng hoàn thiện.)
- Others: to be assigned by the line manager or Company's management (if any) (Thực hiện các công việc khác khi có yêu cầu từ business của các cấp lãnh đạo)

**Job Requirements / Yêu cầu**
- Qualifications / Bằng cấp
- Mandatory: Universit graduated of Medical, pharmaceutical or economic (Tốt nghiệp đại học y, dược hoặc kinh tế)
- Advantage: Medical (tốt nghiệp y khoa là lợi thế)
- Experiences:

- Mandatory: at least 3 years experience in the insurance industry, the hospitals (Ít nhất 03 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực bảo hiểm, hoặc bệnh viện)
- Advantage: work at the insurance industry with management role (ưu tiên cho kinh nghiệm đã làm việc trong ngành bảo hiểm với vai trò quản lý)
- Knowledge and skill set:

- English skills: speak English fluently
