Claim Executive

This position is expected to handle claims in line with insurance contracts of corporate risk & broking department and the company procedures and defending the interests of clients

**Responsibilities**:

- Follow up the claim declaration from clients;
- Assist clients to collect necessary documents for claim settlement;
- Negotiate with insurance/reinsurance companies to support clients for claims and get the claims paid properly and on time;
- Keep the client updated about progress of claim settlement;
- Coordinate with Client Managers to settle delicate and complex claims;
- Assist sales teams to provide professional service to clients in term of identification and management of risks;
- Get support from Associate Director to set up guidelines and internal procedures for claims;
- Record all claims into system and make monthly reports on claim settlement process, underwriting issues in conjunction with Associate Director;
- Report periodically on claim activities and provider’s services;
- Other tasks assigned by the Company;

**Requirements**:

- University degree
- Computer Literate, Word, Excel, Power Point.
- Engineering qualification is an advantage
- Experienced in claim settlement or underwriting with Insurers or Insurance Brokers
- Strong verbal and written communication in both English and Vietnamese
- Good problem-solving skill
- Good presentation and negotiation skills
- Customer-oriented
- Be able to work under high pressure
