PVA | Intern - Healthcare Ops Support

The incumbent is responsible to perform regular support Healthcare Operations team on customer's services within PVA as well as service level that is provided by our Third-Party Administration (TPA) of HealthCare services.
He/she will need to up pending tasks from healthcare team, which contributing to the overall objectives of supporting Company's growth in HealthCare services.
- She/He needs to adhere to support daily works and correspondence among Healthcare team, as well as between Healthcare with relevant teams.
- In the event automation is not supporting, the incumbent will require to manual record or perform delay update to capture the right course.
- She/He needs to advocate PVA services with all the touch points include PVA products, HC initiatives services and information in Website or portal usage.
- She needs to perform reconciliations of payment and perform the necessary checker/maker request upon the due diligent check for approval.
- Undertake projects / other work and duties allocated by management as and when required
- To support HealthCare Manager with documentation, admin, processing and analyzing the claims data of TPA Processing, Medical Service Provider charges to meet the medically necessary and appropriate charges and proper procedures being executed.
