To assist the Group Senior Biomedical Manager on implementation & monitoring planned preventive maintenance/inspections, calibration, commissioning, evaluation across Hoan My Corporation’s (HMC) network of hospitals & clinics in timely and cost-effective manner. Ensure the biomedical equipment of the hospital & clinic operate stably and efficiently.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations entire of biomedical equipment in hospital
- Be required to carry out safety and hazard investigations and inventory management
- Build and supervise the implementation of procedures for operation, inspection, and maintenance of the whole system infrastructure system (BME Services)
- To work closely with all other department and contract service to ensure the proper repair and maintenance of equipment for safe and efficient operations
- Assist in evaluation of new equipment intended to be purchased by the facility
- Provide support as specialist department in medical equipment procurement
- Evaluate and train to improve the capacity of the BME team at the hospital
- Make, check, track records of machines, systems and develop procedures for operation, maintenance and safe techniques for using machines.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Participating in bidding, supervising new construction, major/small repair of hospital infrastructure
- Periodically report as prescribed & make timely reports to seek advice and direction on arising issues
- Learn, update and comply with labor rules, code of conduct, regulations and procedures of the hospital.
- Participate in the implementation of capacity improvement projects of the whole hospital together with other departments and divisions
- Complete the assigned ad hoc task within time frame

**QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS**:

- University graduate or higher, majoring in biomedical engineering
- At least 04 years of experience in a healthcare institute and minimum 02 years in a same position in the hospital
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry
- Knowledge of JCI, ACHSI standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong Microsoft Office & English skills
