Reporting to the Service Team Leader, Medical Technology Business Group, the Field Service Engineer is responsible for service of the entire Southern Regions in Vietnam; including but not limited to:

- Service devices installed base in Southern Regions in Vietnam to achieve specified goals;
- Responsible for installation, PM, troubleshooting, repair equipment in incharged area;
- Push up sales spare part and service contract;
- Responsible for service tools and spare part assigned;
- Support technical, product knowledge for demo, event in cooperative with sales team;
- Prepare technical document for equipment and others requirement for team objective achievement.

**Requirements**:
Education

Bachelor of Engineering Discipline - BioMedical/ Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electronics / Electrical.

Experience, Qualification, Skills and Competencies

Over 3 years of experience in Medical Equipment technical support;
Good technical experience in Medical device environment, preferable Ophthalmology or/and Surgical;
Good experience working in customer service role in multinational company;
Profound technical/ engineering understanding;
Maintain clear communication with the customer regarding mutual expectations and monitor customer satisfaction;
Conversant in both English and Vietnamese (communication and writing)

Must be able to travel extensively and work in stressful environment;
Able to work on odd hours or weekend;
Exposed to biohazard environents.
