Aka Imaging Services Segment Leader

**Job Description Summary**: Reporting to the AKA Services Imaging Growth Manager, the incumbent is responsible for owning the critical options, upgrades, and digital solutions portfolio across the ASEAN, Korea, ANZ (AKA) regions. This includes creating and championing sales programs that drive sales execution and growth in the assigned Services portfolio. This role owns and drives a specific operating plan target for the options, upgrades, and digital solutions business.

**Essential Responsibilities**
This is a strategic role that requires the person to work collaboratively with relevant global, regional, and local Commercial, Service Delivery and Operations teams, develop and execute integrate best practices and tools, as well as to creatively propose/pilot new business models that will accelerate growth.

- Be a strategic business partner to the AKA Services Commercial country teams, working collaboratively to develop, communicate and drive sales programs for lifecycle solutions (diagnostic imaging equipment hardware, software options, upgrades, retrofits, trade ups and related products)
- Drive initiatives that refreshes the install base or extends the lifespan install base through equipment upgrades and optional retrofits
- Build long term, strategic alliance with the accounts to be protected against competitive threats and continue to add value.
- ** Digital Solutions**
- Be a strategic business partner to the AKA Services Commercial country teams, working collaboratively to develop, communicate and drive sales programs for digital solutions.
- Be a product champion for digital solutions - specifically for asset performance management, and clinical performance management software platforms
- Drive initiatives that increases the digital solutions install base through innovaive renewal / subscriptions business models
- Upsell or cross sell improvement programs, trainings and additional modules or solutions to help clients address identified needs and issues through additional subscriptions and standalone sales.
- Perform direct sales, demonstrations of the asset performance management and clinical performance management software platforms.
- Ensure presence and regular follow up of customer and KOLs’ interests / development, providing them with regular information on the software solution.
- Seek internal / external partnerships to increase digital footprint
- Seek innovative ways to monetize outcome base services - such as future education, optional modules, collaboration, and customer success programs
- Be the commercial lead during New Service Introduction (NSI) process, to bring into AKA a suite of new lifecycle solutions and launch compelling upgrade packages that is easy for sales team to sell and delivers excellent customer satisfaction
- Provide presales support to account managers.
- Own and drive the diagnostic imaging options, upgrades and digital solutions sales Operating Plan as well as manage a healthy margin profile
- Monitor, measure, and report/present sales program outcomes to senior leadership team on a regular basis depending on business needs and requirements
- Ownership of “order to billing” process (together with SVC OTR) for all options, upgrades, and digital solutions products.
- Work closely with S&OP (PSI) team for material planning & implementation
- Work with Services & Equipment commercial teams as well as global segment teams to build impactful service offerings/solutions.
- Work closely with the maintenance agreement growth managers to ensure high level of contract attachment to drive win-win outcomes
- Support country teams with configuration support and product expertise and drive/own customer engagement as may be required. Be willing to be hands-on
- Launch impactful channel activation programs and drive partner training/sales enablement activities; collaborate with Service Channel Operations teams to track/report Service KPIs to partner community and internal Channel stakeholders on a regular basis (depending on business needs and requirements)
- Align with Marketing to localize value propositions that resonate across multiple AKA countries
- Leverage global/regional best practices, tools, and new business models to accelerate sales programs for both direct and indirect channels.
