- Tìm kiếm các đối tác mới nhằm phát triển mối quan hệ hợp tác lâu dài và luôn đảm bảo mức độ hài lòng cao nhất của đối tác của METUB bao gồm những nhà sáng tạo nội dung, công ty truyền thông, người nổi tiếng, nghệ sĩ hoặc các kênh YouTube có nội dung liên quan đến mảng âm nhạc, phim ảnh, phong cách sống, du lịch, gaming....
- Đóng vai trò là chuyên viên tư vấn luôn trong tình trạng sẵn sàng để tiếp nhận, phân tích, giải đáp, thực hiện hoặc chuyển tiếp các hạng mục hỗ trợ đến team nội bộ phù hợp nhằm mang đến sự hài lòng cao nhất cho khách hàng nói riêng và sự tăng trưởng về kênh YouTube nói chung.
- Tìm hiểu và cập nhật thường xuyên các quy định, chính sách của YouTube. Đảm bảo các đối tác, nhà sáng tạo nội dung tuân thủ các quy định và chính sách trên cũng như phối hợp cùng các bộ phận liên quan hỗ trợ giải quyết các tranh chấp, vi phạm bản quyền, chính sách phát sinh.
- Nắm rõ nhu cầu của đối tác để nghiên cứu, xây dựng và phát triển các chiến lược nội dung độc đáo nhằm tăng trưởng kênh YouTube hoặc đề xuất các phương thức tăng trưởng doanh thu khác cho khách hàng
- Là đầu mối cung cấp các thông tin quan trọng, cập nhật các xu hướng cũng như các thông tin chính thức từ METUB, YouTube, các mạng xã hội
- Thực hiện các đánh giá chi tiết kênh theo tháng/quý/năm hoặc theo yêu cầu của khách hàng
- Đảm bảo thực hiện chính xác, đầy đủ các quy trình nội bộ về giấy tờ, thanh toán
- Phát triển và duy trì danh tiếng của METUB và mối quan hệ với khách hàng, những người có ảnh hưởng trên YouTube, thương hiệu..
- **Yêu cầu công việc**
- 0-1 năm kinh nghiệm chăm sóc, tư vấn khách hàng hoặc sales
- Có đam mê, yêu thích Youtube/Tiktok/Mạng xã hội
- Ưu tiên ứng viên đã từ quản trị các fanpage, group mạng xã hội
- Hoàn thành công việc đúng thời hạn và chịu được áp lực cao.
- Các bạn fresh graduates chưa có kinh nghiệm đi làm nhưng có đam mê về Youtube hoàn toàn có thể ứng tuyển
