Senior Seller Operational Excellence Executive

**Responsibility**:

- Verify, control sellers and listings quality through their documents, content, and customer reviews
- Reviewing current policies and operating procedures, optimize processes to improve engagement, seller experiences
- Develop data-driven reports to improve overall seller operations
- Coordinate with BI department to manage the data flow and ensure the data accuracy/ transparency in the systems of Operations department
- Lead, plan and collaborate with other departments and varied stakeholders to roll out and achieve projects’ goals

**Requirement**
- 2+ years experiences in E-commerce, knowledge in Operations (Delivery & Fulfillment processes) are preferred
- Knowledge of seller's business and product quality documents
- Experience in survey implementation, data analysis, report building
- Basic knowledge of SQL and BigQuery/Google Sheet/Excel skills with the ability to learn other analytic tools
- Problem solving skills and adaptability are required to be flexible and make judgement as necessary

**Salary**: Negotiable
