**Here’s what you will do day-to-day**
- Receive information about problems, questions, complaints of customers and handle within related work responsibilities
- Support to answer customer's questions
- Make active calls to users; Survey users on frequency and on request from relevant departments
- Make a work report to the CS team leader
- Perform other duties as assigned by the CS Leader

**Nhiệm vụ**
- Tiếp nhận thông tin các vấn đề, thắc mắc, khiếu nại của khách hàng và xử lý trong phạm vi trách nhiệm công việc liên quan
- Hỗ trợ giải đáp các thắc mắc của khách hàng
- Thực hiện gọi điện active người dùng; khảo sát người dùng theo tần suất và theo yêu cầu từ các bộ phận liên quan
- Lập báo cáo công việc đến trưởng nhóm Chăm sóc khách hàng
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo sự phân công của Trưởng nhóm Chăm sóc khách hàng

- Tốt nghiệp cao đẳng trở lên
- Ưu tiên kinh nghiệm từ 1 năm trở lên ở vị trí Tổng đài viên, CSKH, Telesale, Tư vấn và giải đáp thắc mắc khiếu nại
- Có kinh nghiệm tư vấn/chăm sóc và hướng dẫn khách hàng sử dụng các phần mềm công nghệ, ngân hàng, ví điện tử,...
- Giọng nói dễ nghe, không nói ngọng, không nói lắp, không tiếng địa phương
- Kiên nhẫn, biết lắng nghe
- Nhanh nhẹn, có tư duy tích cực
- Khả năng tiếp thu kiến thức nhanh, tư duy chọn lọc thông tin, nắm bắt vấn đề tốt
- Kỹ năng máy tính văn phòng tốt
