**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Client facing role to support all ESG activities, with the main focus on external client work, support for internal training**:

- Actively develop Sustainability/ESG consulting opportunities
- Identify potential clients and business development
- Maintain pulse on ESG business needs and trends
- Proposal drafting and negotiating contract commercial terms
- Project kick off and reporting meetings, management of client deliverables
- Take lead on detailed ESG due diligence and gap analysis as part of the overall investment due diligence process
- Conduct ESG portfolio review and advisory, including but not limited to targeted ‘deep dives’ on managed buildings, funds and accounts
- Take lead in collection and review of non-financial KPIs and reporting at portfolio and investee company level
- Advocate, align, and collaborate with cross-functional colleagues internally across the organization, and external stakeholders, to develop and implement sustainability programs
- Help manage and development of analyst / senior analyst and other team members that join later

**Internal role to support regional ESG reporting activities, main focus on internal reporting and support for external client work**:

- Preparing internal reporting deliverables
- Setting data requirements to meet net zero pathway goals
- ESG regulatory updates for APAC
- Developing plans for APAC Savills Earth and implementation
- Internal teams ESG training planning, materials and delivery preparations
- Lead or co-lead development or refining our ESG policies, procedures, and reporting methodologies
- Experience of handling, collating and analyzing data, requiring good verbal and written communication skills
- Actively develop Sustainability/ESG strategy and execution plan in alignment with business and sustainability strategy and targets;
- Stay abreast of global sustainability standards and trends, ESG policies, regulations and trends, industry benchmarks and stakeholder demands, and regularly communicate their impact to group's management;
- Lead and drive initiatives with business units and corporate functions, including Group Sustainability, to Integrate the Sustainability strategy into our real estate life cycle to meet sustainability targets, track and report performance, while ensuring technical and commercial feasibilities, asset future-proofing, robust risk management and value creation;
- Drive sustainability innovation and collaboration to accelerate the meeting of sustainability targets and maintain our leadership position;
- Be a key part of the investment strategies and cycle in relation to sustainability related projects, including innovation and real assets;
- Maintain pulse on business needs and trends and prioritize efforts toward high-potential, optimal returns, top opportunities, with the business units;
- Advocate, align, and collaborate with cross-functional colleagues across the organization, and external stakeholders, to develop and implement sustainability programs;
- Identify areas for change management, transformation and process improvement to improve sustainability awareness;
- Build, grow, and manage a high-performance technical team, serving as a mentor. Identify emerging talent and groom them to full potential; ensure high-potentials are nurtured, developed and given new areas of responsibility;
- Be an entrepreneurial advocate and thought guider of sustainability.
- Devising, maintaining, and improving the overall sustainability and environmental strategy across aspects of the business. This will include developing and setting the environmental and sustainability approach, identifying weaknesses and opportunities, creating a comprehensive framework, and defining goals that will reduce environmental impact.
- Owning, defining, supporting, and driving sustainability and environment strategy, as well as leading, managing and delivering either directly or indirectly all associated programmers. In so doing, play a pivotal role in helping it to make a positive difference to our people and the communities in which we operate.
- Identifying, scoping and designing specific, short
- or medium-term changes as well as ongoing programmers and activities that address considerations such as climate change, social value and resource use
- Leading the delivery of group-wide programmers and projects, particularly where a degree of co-ordination between and across multiple group businesses is required or would be beneficial, such as in respect to efficiency, effectiveness, or economies of scale.
