**Job summary**:
Our client, a leading FMCG company is looking for a Brand Innovation Manager to lead their beverage division

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure to interpret business strategy and determine innovative solutions supporting strategy implementation.
- End to end project management of new product innovations, covering;
- Detailed project management of all tasks, deadlines, budgets, and allocating the person in charge.
- Develop the next 3 Years Innovation Strategy & Action Plan : Define Where To Play / How To Win, based on analysis of category data, consumer trends.
- Drive and co-ordinate all cross functions including CMK (Consumer Market Knowledge), CTI (Consumer Technical Insight), R&D, Brewery, Brand Marketing, Sales Team.
- Manage and evaluate portfolio data and innovation pipeline assisting strategic decision-making and Go-to-Market process.
- Design and model solutions for customer innovation and experience along with similar initiatives variants.
- Lead weekly cross functional project planning meeting.
- Coordinate all cross-functional activities, represent customers internally and collaborate with leaders in varied areas on allocation across projects and resource planning.
- Develop and align recommendations to MD (Marketing Director) and BOD.

**Experience requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years in Innovation Planning Management
- Fluent in written and verbal Vietnamese and English
- An understanding of the marketing mix and key levers to impact a brand’s performance
- Experience in managing effective and positive key stakeholder relationships - agencies and field sales partners - to drive the brands agenda within the business
- Experience in Innovation, either in ideation or launch/execution
- Consumer focus or commercial rigor
- Strong influencing skills and a bias for action
- Solution-orientation
- High energy and hands-on attitude

**Education requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree
