As Business Development Manager, you'll manage sales activities and events inline with the annual sales and marketing plan and to achieve/exceed budget and sales strategy for the resort.
Với vai trò là Quản lý phát triển Kinh doanh, bạn sẽ quản lý các hoạt động kinh doanh và sự kiện phù hợp với kế hoạch kinh doanh và tiếp thị hàng năm và để đạt hoặc vượt ngân sách và chiến lược kinh doanh cho Khu nghỉ dưỡng.

**Hình thức làm việc**: Toàn thời gian

**Quyền lợi được hưởng**:
1. LEAVE - NGÀY NGHỈ
2 day - off per week/Hưởng 2 ngày nghỉ/tuần.
At least 12 Annual Leave per year/Ít nhất 12 ngày phép/năm.
2. ALLOWANCE - TRỢ CẤP
Service charge/Thưởng phí phục vụ hàng tháng.
Relocation allowance/Trợ cấp chi phí di chuyển nhận việc.
Home leave allowance/Trợ cấp thăm nhà.
Rest & Relaxation allowance (depends on job band)/Trợ cấp nghỉ dưỡng (tùy cấp bậc).
3. INSURANCE - BẢO HIỂM
24/7 Insurance provided by the Resort from start date/Được Khu nghỉ dưỡng mua bảo hiểm tai nạn 24/7 từ ngày đầu nhận việc.
CompulsoryInsurance by Law/Được đóng các loại bảo hiểm bắt buộc theo quy định nhà nước.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
1. Education/Giáo dục:

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Bằng đại học hoặc văn bằng tương đương về tiếp thị hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan.
2. Service years in the field/Kinh nghiệm của ngành
- 02 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

2 năm kinh nghiệm hoặc sự kết hợp phù hợp giữ học vấn và kinh nghiệm
3. Knowledge and skills/Kiến thức và kỹ năng:

- Strong knowledge of local businesses and business trends required.

Hiểu biết rõ về địa điểm và xu hướng kinh doanh của địa phương.
- Good Communication and writing skills.

Kỹ năng viết và giao tiếp tốt.
- Strong negotiation skill.

Kỹ năng thương lượng tốt.
- Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the resort, the brand and the Company.

- Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.

4. Language/Ngôn Ngữ:

- Fluent in English (speaking, listening, reading and writing)
