Manager, Bancassurance Recruitment

THE JOB:
1. Provide direct recruiting and sourcing expertise
- Planning and directly/coordinating with the Project Account Head/SRD to recruit BSM and FSC on a national scale according to the assigned headcount plan;
- Plan and organize the event "Recruitment Day" in the areas that need to recruit BSM/FSC;
- Participating in/coordinating with related departments/stakeholders to develop recruitment support tools including regulations, processes, forms, Digital/Online/fangage/campaign tools system;

Maintain a strong network of industry contacts for potential sourcing and hiring

2. Interview Implementation

3. Regular conduct evaluation and report
- Making reports on recruitment results nationwide on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis;
- Summarize, analysis the effectiveness of recruitment sites and recruitment partners;
- Weekly recruitment meeting with AH/SRD/DOB to update regional recruitment requirements;

4. To hire and manage recruiters
- In collaboration with AH, HRBP to hire the talent recruiters as approved head-count plan in time to time
- Responsible for tracking and reporting recruiting metrics and performance for monthly and quarterly reports/reviews to meet the KPI

5. Other assigned tasks
- Completing recruitment procedures, arrange classes, new BSM/FSC on boarding;
- Other tasks assigned by line manager

THE PERSON:

- At least 3 years experiences working in a Hiring Manager role
- Has strong network of industry contacts for potential sourcing and hiring, especially in Bancassurance industry
- Bachelor degree
- Energetic, positive minded individual who is meticulous and organized
- Experience in staffing strategies, experience building and executing strategic plans, internal and external provider management, and building high performance talent acquisition teams
