- Tiếp nhận xử lý đơn hàng từ hệ thống, bộ phận sale
- Kiểm tra stock đơn hàng
- Tổng hợp đơn hàng gửi thông tin cho bộ phận kho, giao nhận đi gom và giao hàng
- Theo dõi thời gian giao hàng cho khách. Đảm bảo khách nhận hàng sớm nhất có thể.
- Hỗ trợ giao hàng cho khách theo yêu cầu cần gấp.
- Xử lý data, out hàng trên hệ thống. Xuất hóa đơn VAT khi đơn hàng đã hoàn thành.
- Theo dõi, xử lý các đơn hàng đổi trả của khách (sàn thương mại, website).
- Phối hợp với bộ phận CRM, retail chạy các chương trình quà tặng, giảm giá
- Phối hợp với phòng kế toán đối chiếu công nợ các đơn hàng phát sinh trong tháng
- Phối hợp với bộ phận kho (Hà Nội và HCM), kiểm kê hàng hóa hàng tháng.
- Phối hợp với cửa hàng check thông tin lấy hàng trong tháng.

- Chịu được áp lực, sẵn sàng làm việc ngoài giờ khi có thông tin
- Tiếng Anh đọc, hiểu cơ bản
