1. Trách nhiệm và quyền hạn
- Đón tiếp khách hàng tại cửa hàng.
- Hướng dẫn khách vị trí đậu xe ô tô, hỗ trợ mở cửa xe giúp khách lên/xuống xe.
- Quan sát và giữ gìn an ninh tại khu vực cửa hàng
- Vệ sinh và giữ gìn mỹ quan đảm bảo thông thoáng cho khu vực trước cửa hàng.
- Giúp đỡ các bộ phận cá nhân nơi công tác trong phạm vi thời gian cho phép.
- Vận hành thành thạo, thao tác nhanh, xử lý kịp thời khi có sự cố xảy ra biết bảo dưỡng và sửa chữa hư hỏng thông thường của thiết bị PCCC. Phòng chống và phát hiện kịp thời các hiện tượng cháy nổ để xử lý ngay đồng thời thông báo cho các cơ quan có chức năng phối hợp giải quyết kịp thời. Chủ động phát hiện để phòng chống các hành vi phá hoại hoặc đe dọa phá hoại cơ sở vật chất, kỹ thuật của công ty.
- Lập biên bản những nhân viên vi phạm nội qui lao động. Sau đó gửi đến Trưởng bộ phận liên quan để giải quyết, đồng thời báo cáo cho TT bảo vệ.
- Trường hợp bảo vệ được phân công làm ca, hoặc đổi cho người khác thì phải chuyển giao đầy đủ các sổ ghi chép trên đây, chìa khoá, phương tiện làm việc v.v.
2. Báo cáo và uỷ quyền:
- Báo cáo công tác tuần, tháng, quý năm cho TT bảo vệ.
- Thực hiện các báo cáo chuyên môn theo yêu cầu của TT bảo vệ.
- Uỷ quyền lại cho nhân viên khác trên cơ sở đồng ý của TT bảo vệ.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Độ tuổi: 20 - 35
- Là nam, ngoại hình sáng, chiều cao từ 1m65 trở lên.
- Ưu tiên đã có kinh nghiệm làm việc bảo vệ
- Trình độ tương đương Phổ thông trung học trở lên
- Nghiệp vụ bảo vệ và giao tiếp
- Nghiệp vụ ứng phó trong tình huống khẩn cấp
- Nghiệp vụ cấp cứu người bị nạn
- Nghiệp vụ phòng cháy chữa cháy
- Phẩm chất đạo đức: trung thực, nhanh nhẹn.
