- Quản lý phòng họp, sắp xếp cuộc họp, đặt xe_
- Ensure the office environment clean and tidy including the pantry corner, meeting rooms, restrooms by working with the outsource cleaner.
- Đảm bảo môi trường văn phòng sạch sẽ và ngăn nắp bao gồm phòng ăn, phòng họp, phòng vệ sinh bằng cách làm việc với người dọn dẹp bên ngoài._
- Prepare the office supply and access for new boarding employees.

- Be a receptionist to answer phone and take care of guests
- Làm lễ tân trực điện thoại và chăm sóc khách_
- Support others team if requested

- Other tasks assigned by Office Manager
