Position: Custom - Import Executive

Department: Finance - Logistics

Report to: Supply Planning Supervisor

I/ JOB SUMMARY

To support Supply Planning Supervisor on importation, manage local production inventory and distribution.

II/ KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Importation: Assist Supervisor on
- Receiving and checking full set of import document as Invoice/PKL/BL/CO/Insurance/CD
- Customs clearance paperwork
- Work with 3PL & supplier to arrange self-declared quality certificate for new products
- Work with supplier to print sub label
- Collect and save docs by scan and hard copy file
- Manage 3PL
- Enovation activities to make improvement in the daily task & team vision
- Manage transportation from port/air port to 3PL WH
- KPI evaluation

2. Warehouse
- Manage import and local production stock
- CMS: complaint quality issue products to producers
- Write off

3. Local Distribution
- Transfer local production stock from South to North & vs via third party

4. System:

- Using JDE: Create new SKU, goods in transit, goods in stock, stock transfer etc.

5. Support sales: on public share information

6. Payment
- Making payment request for importation, supplier, third-party cost

7. Reporting:

- Weekly, monthly, quarterly report on inventory, importation, quality issue products, etc.

8. Other jobs assigned by Superiors, more details would be shared during interview
