Excellent interviewing skills, including competency-based interviewing techniques.

Understand external talent market movement and collect valuable information through interviews or other channels.

Prepare different reports to meet the status update need.

Involve in campus relationship activities as well as graduate recruitment events.

Other tasks assigned by HRM.

A good grasp of professional and social media platforms - how to use them per their individual strengths.

Work closely with the HRM and Hiring Managers to ensure to understand the job requirement, recruitment needs and criterias.

Solid command of sourcing techniques and relevant tools to engage prospective talent.

Responsible for the whole recruitment activities and delivering recruitment services.

Experience working for headhunters or multinational IT companies is a big plus

Strong computer skills (advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word, HR Software) is a big plus

Planning, organizing, problem-solving, and presentation skills.

Self-management and creative

High level of accountability and confidentiality

Can-do-attitude and put the goals of the team before your own prestige.

Can work under pressure.

Good communication, good interpersonal skills, willingness to learn

At least 2+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in IT field
