RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Leadership and Vision:

- Define clear territory and target client segments. Growth and Sales objectives that are aligned with the country objectives, clear on priorities and supported by a strong Territory Execution plan.
- Work with the Country Leadership Team (CLT) to develop sales initiatives aimed at driving sales growth from existing (Expansion) and new (Prospecting) clients.
- Ensure visibility of the territory sales efforts and visibility of results to various stakeholder groups (e.g. country / zone / regional stakeholders).

Sales Execution:

- Build a strong and credible multiple-horizon pipeline and achieve assigned territory sales targets by: adding new clients (Prospecting); achieving revenue growth for existing MMC/MMB identified accounts/portfolio through expansion of services offered.
- Drive sales of strategic products and solutions (e.g. consulting services, new partnerships, etc.).
- Collaborate with CLT & 3rd party partner on LOB strategy, execution and engagement of key customer growth plans.
- Cooperate with CLT for business development activities and proposal.
- Offer intelligence on local clients and industries to influence buying decisions.
- Develop high-quality executable Account Plans for identified clients.
- Drive Marketing initiatives aimed at demand generation to drive new Opportunity Identification and sharing POV’s on key topics.

Sales Operations:

- Manage the Territory Sales cadence with key stakeholders (including MMC/ MMB OpCo stakeholders).
- Ensure a high-level of visibility on the territory’s sales efforts, initiatives and wins through highly-engaged communication with stakeholders (eg Announcing Wins and Initiatives on MF Chatter).

Professional Development:

- Complete all on-boarding requirements (training, introductions, compliance requirements) in the first 30-days to shorten the J-curve learning cycle.
- Attend required and identified training programs. Actively seek opportunities for professional development in the firm.
