**Jobs**:

- To control the quality + quantity of incoming +/or outgoing goods
- To review all relevant processes, isolating errors, verifying correct processes+ ensuring that all required quality standards are always met.
- To analyze internal+ external errorsincluding customer complaints using root cause analysis
- To create + maintainall relevant documentsin accordance with ISO + other standards.
- To deliver + explain variousquality control reportsas required.
- To advise on, monitor, document+ escalate qualityactivities relating to all Dangerous Goods.
- To conductaudits requested by customers, third parties or authorities + communicate with regulatory agencies.

**Skill & Knowledge**:

- Risk Management: Identifying potential hazards and implementing strategies to mitigate risks.
- Auditing: Conducting internal and external audits to ensure compliance with QSHE standards.
- Training and Development: Designing and delivering training programs to promote a culture of safety and awareness.
- Data Analysis: Monitoring and reporting on QSHE performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

**Experience**:

- Implementation of Management Systems: Developing and overseeing QSHE management systems to ensure compliance with standards like ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety).
- Leadership: Leading QSHE teams and coordinating with different departments to ensure readiness and compliance.
- Continuous Improvement: Fostering a culture of continuous improvement to enhance product quality and workplace conditions.
- External Liaison: Working with external consultants, regulatory agencies, and insurance inspectors to meet external requirements and facilitate audits
