Tam Son International JSC is a member of the Openasia Group, a multi-industry investment group established in 1994 in Vietnam. Tam Son was initially founded in 2005 with a mission to bring global luxury fashion brands to Vietnam.

Since then, we have expanded our portfolio beyond fashion and into various luxury fields including watches, jewelry and audio-visual technology brands including Patek Philippe, Hermès, Vacheron Constantin, Piaget, Chopard, Bottega Veneta, Saint Laurent, Hugo Boss, Kenzo, Bang & Olufsen. Tam Son currently operates a network of more than 50 stores in both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. The company plays an important role in the development of Openasia Group.

Trainer is the person who is responsible to transmit knowledge and skill to ensure that the employees can meet their current and future business objectives.

Trainer includes administrative skills to manage training programs, evaluate the outcomes of training sessions and maintain records of trainees' progress and achievements. The Trainer must also monitor training costs against budgets and ensure to make the most efficient use of company resources.

**I. BEAUTY TRAINER - HERMÈS BEAUTY**
- Work in collaboration and report directly to the Retail Brand Manager (RBM) and Brand team from Hongkong regarding the training.
- Forecast and order material training.
- Attend the Train-the-Trainer seminar to take back the knowledge and skill and provide training for the Vietnam team.
- Translate the document relating to the training and training for new product.
- Prepare and set up training room following Brand’s guidelines.
- Organize brand’s training schedule and supervise the test of each season, new collection.
- Internal training: existing teams and newcomers.
- Survey and coach sales staffs to become qualified Beauty Advisor for products + Makeup + Brand knowledge.
- Stay updated about new products plan from the Marketing team.
- Ensure that Beauty Ambassadors from boutique are aware of the Brand value and take all necessary steps to ensure the overall beauty training for the boutiques in Vietnam.
- Carry on others’ assigned tasks (local uniform production for the beauty team).

**II. TRAINING AMBASSADOR - HERMÈS FASHION (BOUTIQUE)**
- Participate Train-the-Trainer 4 times a year in Singapore.
- Organize internal training schedule.
- Prepare and modify the training content according to local market.
- Deliver seasonal and new collections training to all stores in Vietnam.
- Prepare and conduct tests of each training session.
- Share feedback and best practices on training-related topics.
- Follow up with Customer Service training and evaluation.

**III. TRAINING AMBASSADOR FOR OTHER BRAND**
- Work with retail & principal to understand and identify the training needs from the brand.
- Implement and localize training Initiatives from headquarter for program delivery.
- Select, brief and monitor external providers/facilitators when necessary.
- Complete the annual training schedule monthly according to field visits and in-depth observation and discussions with the teams.
- Operation store check.
- Other tasks as assigned by Manager.

- Experience in managing training, mentoring and supervising new team members.
- Excellent way with words and narration and enjoy evoking imagery for customers through stories and anecdotes.
- Experience or a passion for working within the Beauty industry & Fashion.
