Tam Son International JSC is a member of the Openasia Group, a multi-industry investment group established in 1994 in Vietnam. Tam Son was initially founded in 2005 with a mission to bring global luxury fashion brands to Vietnam.

Since then, we have expanded our portfolio beyond fashion and into various luxury fields including watches, jewelry and audio-visual technology brands including Patek Philippe, Hermès, Vacheron Constantin, Piaget, Chopard, Bottega Veneta, Saint Laurent, Hugo Boss, Kenzo, Bang & Olufsen. Tam Son currently operates a network of 60 stores in both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. The company plays an important role in the development of Openasia Group.
- As an intern in Retail department, you must exemplify our company values and take all necessary steps to support Retail Brand Manager/ Retail department to ensure the overall success of assigned brands’ boutiques in Vietnam._

- Summarize results, monitor BEY, BEM (Best Employee of the Year/ Month) programs, Best Store
- _Tổng hợp kết quả, theo dõi các chương trình BEY, BEM (Nhân viên xuất sắc năm/ tháng), Cửa hàng xuất sắc_
- Collecting Seasonal Test results
- Tập hợp kết quả Seasonal Test_
- Aggregate, store, and update the process date of the Retail department
- Tổng hợp lưu trữ update date quy trình của bộ phận Retail_
- Systematize documents, draft and issue official documents
- Hệ thống văn bản, soạn thảo ban hành công văn_
- Summarize scoring and evaluation of SOP operation
- Tổng hợp chấm điểm đánh giá vận hành SOP_
- Track beauty benefits and other operations
- Theo dõi trợ cấp làm đẹp và các việc vận hành khác_
- Gathering results (revenue, traffic, aggregate feedback from stores...) of promotions, promotions, events
- Tập hợp kết quả (doanh thu, traffic, tổng hợp feedback từ cửa hàng...) các chương trình khuyến mãi, sự kiện_
- Preparing tasks related to issuing vouchers/coupons for brands
- Chuẩn bị các công việc liên quan đến phát hành voucher/coupon cho nhãn hàng_
- Prepare payment documents for each shipments
- Chuẩn bị hồ sơ thanh toán cho các lô hàng_
- Arrange admin tasks such as hotel, flight bookings for business trip
- Thực hiện các việc hành chính như đặt vé máy bay, khách sạn_
- Perform other tasks assigned during working time at Retail department
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác được giao trong thời gian làm việc tại bộ phận Bán lẻ_
