**OBJECTIVE**:
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Supervisor to lead our IT support team in providing exceptional technical assistance to both internal and external users.

**PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Technical Support: Provide hands-on technical support and guidance to internal and external users, resolving hardware and software issues promptly and effectively.
- System Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of IT systems, including servers, networks, and end-user devices, by monitoring, troubleshooting, and implementing necessary maintenance tasks.
- User Training: Develop and conduct training programs for users to enhance their proficiency in utilizing IT resources efficiently.
- Supervision: Lead and manage the IT support team, delegating tasks, setting performance goals, and ensuring timely issue resolution.
- Service Provider Management: Collaborate with external service providers, overseeing service contracts, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT services.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of support activities, technical documentation, and user manuals to facilitate efficient issue resolution and user training.
- Communication: Communicate technical information in a clear and understandable manner to users, both verbally and in written form.
