- Monitor and manage the cash flow of the company, cash, and bank reconciliation
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
- Compensation & Benefits Management:

- Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and tax compliance
- Handle immigration-related tasks:

- Visa / Work permit / TRC / PIT / Insurances / Driving license transfer
- Compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Develop and implement automated solutions for routine accounting and HR tasks using spreadsheets and Google scripts.
- Utilize AI tools to streamline processes, such as invoice recording and data analysis.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop financial strategies and budget planning.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial and HR regulations.
- Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents, and lawyers to resolve any issues related to accounting and finance
- Prepare and be responsible for quarterly and yearly tax declarations, and financial reports.
- Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time.

- Strong technical skills and experience in creating and writing s

- Being familiar with AI tools for tasks such as invoice recording is highly appreciated
- Professional English
- High interest to grow in the IT industry
- Enthusiastic team player with a sense of initiative
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, sociable, and proactive
- Majored in Foreign languages, HR Management, Business Analysis, Economics, Financial or related areas
