**MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC**
- Làm việc với các khách hàng trong dự án thương mại điện tử, theo quy trình triển khai dự án của công ty
- Xây dựng quan hệ lâu dài với khách hàng, đảm bảo các yêu cầu của khách hàng được hoàn thành đúng hạn & đúng chất lượng.
- Dự án/sản phẩm: Khảo sát, thu thập yêu cầu và thống nhất với khách hàng. Phân tích và xác định phạm vi yêu cầu nghiệp vụ, yêu cầu chức năng sản phẩm với khách hàng.
- Theo dõi và hỗ trợ quá trình triển khai dịch vụ.
- Phối hợp với Trưởng dự án và team phát triển, làm cầu nối tới khách hàng cập nhật tình trạng triển khai và thu thập ý kiến phản hồi.
- Xây dựng tài liệu mô tả yêu cầu người dùng, tài liệu đặc tả chức năng hệ thống. Tham gia các buổi đào tạo chuyển giao sản phẩm cho khách hàng.
- Tư vấn & phân tích các nghiệp vụ về các sản phẩm, công nghệ của công ty đang phát triển (khi đủ khả năng).

**YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC**
- Tiếng Anh tốt
- Khả năng điều phối, quản lý dự án, kết nối, làm việc tốt với khách hàng và đội inside.
- Kĩ năng tự tổ chức & sắp xếp công việc.
- Kĩ năng giao tiếp, thuyết trình, diễn đạt tốt.
- Kĩ năng sử dụng các loại biểu đồ, làm tài liệu mô tả sản phẩm/dự án là một lợi thế.
- Có khả năng tìm hiểu các công nghệ mới.
- Đã từng sales B2B là lợi thế.

**QUYỀN LỢI**
- Thu nhập bao gồm lương cứng, phụ cấp ăn trưa, thưởng ý thức chất lượng công việc hàng tháng.
- Thưởng hiệu quả công việc cuối năm, thưởng theo dự án, commission upsells.
- Phụ cấp cho nữ
- Teabreak: hoa quả, bánh kẹo + café, trà miễn phí hàng ngày
- Thời gian làm việc 08h30 - 17h30 từ T2-T6
- Được làm việc trong môi trường chuyên nghiệp, năng động và có khả năng phát triển;
- Được đào tạo nâng cao nghiệp vụ, kỹ năng phục vụ công việc.

**Salary**: Up to 25,000,000₫ per month
