As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for bilabl, you can have play a vital role in generating and qualifying leads for the SaaS sales team. Here's what we would like you to excel at:

- Conduct research to identify potential customers and target markets for the Saas product/service.
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs, pain points, and business requirements.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of the Saas product/service to prospects and handle objections professionally.
- Qualify leads based on established criteria and schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts with overall company goals and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and lead information in the CRM system.
- Continuously update product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends and competitive offerings.
- Participate in sales meetings and provide feedback on lead quality and prospect engagement.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Fluent in English and Vietnamese
- WFH/Remote (prefer based in Ho Chi Minh City)
- Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a related role within the Saas industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills to understand customer needs and build rapport.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead generation tools.
- Goal-oriented mindset and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proactive and persistent attitude to overcome challenges and achieve targets.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
