**Mô Tả Công Việc**:

- Lead and guide developers throughout the software development cycle
- Communicate with department users to collect and analyze business requirements
- Work side-by-side with ERP vendor, business team and IT team to drive execution according to project plan.
- System architecture design and solution implementation
- Assure the work quality of team deliverables
- Hands-on knowledge with coding, system configuration and best practice

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:

- University degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
- 4-6 years or above experience in system development and implementation
- Strong experience in developer team and project management
- Strong & solid experience in MS D365 / Dynamics AX, SQL database and SSRS development is highly preferred
- Experience on Microsoft Power BI / Power Apps / SharePoint development is preferred
- Good understanding of apparel and sourcing business a plus
- Sensitive to business needs and applicable IT solutions
- Capable of working under pressure, independently with mínimal supervision
- Strong commitment to quality work and project timeline
- Creative, self-initiated and well-organized
- Proficient in both spoken and written English

- Direct report: IT Manager
- Dotted line report: VP/Regional General Manager; Senior F&A Manager
