**About the company**
- Tadidi JV JSC is a shareholder between Australia & Vietnam with more than 15 years of experience in e-commerce & technical solutions in hospitality.
- We are running 2 big projects, including:

- 1/ Hotel Link - a leading company in providing digital solutions for hotels
- 2/ Kovena - a solution of frictionless payment experience for guests and accommodation providers.

**Responsibilities**:

- As a Business Analyst at TaDiDi JSC, your role will encompass the following responsibilities:

- ** Requirement Gathering and Analysis**: Collect, categorize and analyze requirements from customers and relevant partners. Understand and document the needs and expectations of stakeholders.
- **Documentation and Technical Translation**: Transform requirements and technical documents into a format that the technical team can use for implementation. Create clear and concise documentation that outlines system specifications and requirements.
- **Industry Research**: Conduct research in the industry to stay updated with current trends, technologies, and best practices. Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings.
- **UAT Support**: Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by working closely with users to ensure the system meets their requirements.
- **Document and communicate feedback** to the development team for necessary improvements.
- **Project Progress Tracking**: Monitor project progress and keep all relevant parties informed. Ensure that the project stays on track and meets its milestones.
- **System Logic Presentation**: Provide guidance and present the logical structure of the system to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Explain how the system works and how it aligns with the business requirements.

**Your skills and experience**:
**Job Requirements**:

- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Degree in Information Technology (IT).
- Experience in Travel Business fields or a product company is a plus.
- Demonstrated passion and a genuine interest in the field of IT Business Analysis with minimum of 1 year of experience.
- Experience in the travel domain is considered a plus.
