The e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated.

In this role, you will implement communication scope to boost the awareness and engagement rate of TikTok Shop campaigns, develop and monitor the production of creative assets and liaise with digital marketing agencies to develop and manage TikTok Shop 2B and 2C social media channels.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Devise plans and implement communication scopes to boost the awareness & engagement rate of TikTok Shop campaigns, including but not limited to: mega campaigns, TikTok Shopping Center campaigns, seller programs, CSR activities
- Develop and monitor the production of creative assets, including but not limited to: campaign identity, key visuals, TVC, in-app entrance
- Understand the user journey and act as the marketing specialist to advise 2B and 2C communication aspect for cross-functional teams
- Liaise with digital marketing agencies to develop and manage TikTok Shop 2B and 2C social media channels
- Localize regional marketing programs to Vietnam market, with an in-depth understanding of local practices i.e. language, market preference, typical occasions, etc
- Monitor the movements of marketing communication among e-commerce and tech players in Vietnam
- Stay abreast of trends / new mechanics / best practices, and propose recommendations

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years of experience at digital marketing agencies or in brand marketing
- Basic understanding of the E-commerce platform structure & the objectives of each business part
- Proven track record in planning and executing digital marketing activities
- Competitive project management skills. Can manage multiple projects simultaneously, including monitoring timelines, managing budgets, and coordinating with team members and vendors
- Attention to detail. Have a keen eye for detail to ensure all marketing materials are accurate, on-brand, and free of errors
- Excellent English & Vietnamese communication skills, in both written and verbal communication
- Professional working etiquette with a growth mindset and a can-do attitude
